quinn hits every. single. ball. he truly is that good,
and i love how tate stays in position and slowly resorts to filling his glove with sand.
michael laughing as our little one points to let him know where he is going to hit the ball (babe ruth style).

it was time for a baseball post, or any post for that matter. i am still not myself and there are so many things shifting in our lives and i am barely keeping up...so in and out of this space looks like the pattern at the moment.

baseball, because really it is all they want to do. lately i even beg to just go to the beach and still they bring their bats. it doesn't matter how many hours they spend playing footy or cricket with the neighbor kids, baseball is their thing.

  11. LOVE the pictures. And the boys are so good at it. Did you hear about the game we went to in Seattle April 21st. The Chicago White Sox pitcher Philip Hamber didn't allow a single Seattle Mariner to reach first base ... that's a PERFECT GAME and only the 21st one in all of Major League Baseball history. And we - 7 of us - were there!!
Keep practicing Quinn and Tate ... someday you'll set records!

  17. You're often in my thoughts as I do my daily or so rounds of "friends". It's always a good indication that you're not 100% when we don't hear. I am sure you have some around you to offer support, but don't ever just feel alone, I've met some amazing women via my own little place online, and I know I'd be happy to share a cup of coffee.

  19. Just reading some little lines, I wonder what is going on "down under" at the moment. I can imagine some things that make you feel low these days but you will be up again, just think of that or of what can help to make things going right for you again...

    Big hug from here,

    Nina

  20. i'm uncertain when the last time was that i even blogged....i just said to jon the other day that it was making me sad at the length of time i havent blogged. yet life is just too busy right now....i'm having a really hard time finding balance. i love watching them dance, play violin, play baseball but with school, our work schedules, and life it's turning into a crazy rat race & it shouldn't be that way! hmmmmmm.....so the blogging gets put to the wayside.
